Chart Study

Prior to our session I spend a few hours diving into your chart and create a written breakdown
that I use during our session that you also get to keep.

90 Minute Chart Reading

You & I meet up via Zoom. Here we spend an hour diving deep into your notes.
This session is recorded.

Homework
After our session you will receive the recording to listen to along with be-spoke
journal prompts & action based tools.

30 minute Revision Call

Two weeks after our initial call we will have a 30 min catch up.
