The King Pin Belief Prompt is an exercise, using your ChatGPT (or trusted AI)

I created this Prompt as a structured way for you to get to the bottom of a belief system that you no longer want to subscribe to.

Why I love it so much is because you’re not using AI to out source your knowing. It’s not telling you what to believe, you are telling it what is the truth for you, and based on what it hears from you it asks you questions, till you get to the absolute bottom of it.

Use AI as a starting point, but remember it’s not the whole space. If something meaningful or emotional comes up while using these prompts, let that be a signal to reach out to a friend, therapist, or someone you trust. These tools can help you see what’s there, but real support and connection are what help you move through it.

  • If you don’t have a specific situation but want to chose a part of your life you’re feeling most stuck. choose from the list below.

  1. Identity → how you show up, your body, your presence

  2. Self-Worth → money, value, what you allow yourself to receive

  3. Communication → how you speak, express, and connect

  4. Home & Family Life → your environment, roots, emotional base

  5. Creativity → joy, desire, self-expression, play

  6. Daily Life → routines, habits, work, health

  7. Relationships → romantic and one-on-one dynamics

  8. Shared Resources → money with others, contracts, support, energetic exchange

  9. Perspective → how you see the world, openness, expansion, worldview

  10. Career → visibility, direction, contribution, reputation

  11. Community & Friendships → your people, networks, sense of belonging

  12. Inner World → rest, subconscious, healing, what’s happening beneath the surface

What I love about this exercise is that the realisation is coming from within you. ChatGPT cannot give you the answer, it can only help by asking the right questions.
