Hi, I'm Cat
and I've had an extensive 17 year career in the Creative Arts.

I’m a visual storyteller, I use words, questions, movement & design to make people feel.

I collaborate with brands to craft human, cinematic content that bridge artistry and emotion. Alongside my brand work, I founded an illustration business, guide through Human Design, created Lumi (a journal companion for self-inquiry), and Living Tones (a guided meditation library) and am also a teacher on Insight Timer.

My latest offering, The Inner Fold, is an evolving membership platform for modern inquiry, beginning with a monthly publication. Each month, members receive a fifty-page reader (part magazine, part journal, part thought companion) designed to orient the inner world for the month ahead.

At the heart of everything I create is the devotion to build tools and containers (physical, digital & energetic) that return you to harmony with who you truly are and relish in the beauty of the physical human experience.

As a multi-hyphenate creative, my work spans dance, film, television, illustration, design, and content creation — all threaded by a lifelong devotion to guiding self-discovery and inner transformation.
