Meet Yourself is a seven-day guided audio journaling practice designed to support a clearer, steadier relationship with yourself. Each day offers one focused question and eight uninterrupted minutes to write, allowing your thoughts to become visible and workable. Through this consistent practice, you begin to recognise your patterns, clarify your desires and boundaries, and notice when you are aligned.

Build Self-Awareness

You recognise where you already feel like yourself, and where you don’t. Not in a dramatic way, just in a clear, honest way that you can actually work with.

Strengthen Self Trust

By the end of the week, you’re not trying to convince yourself of anything. You’re working from evidence: small, real moments where you already trust yourself.

Gain Practical Clarity

You’re not left with vague insights. You’ll have language for what you want, what you’re done negotiating & what alignment actually looks like in your day-to-day life.

Apply It in
Real Life

This isn’t just reflection. You take one situation and actually map out how you would show up differently, so alignment becomes something you can act on, not just think about.

Hi I’m Cat,
your guide.

Cat Santos is a writer, educator, and meditation guide whose work centres on helping people build a steadier relationship with themselves.

With a background in movement education and contemplative practice, she guides students through structured self-inquiry that connects inner awareness with practical, everyday action. Her approach blends psychological insight, nervous system awareness, and reflective writing to support grounded personal growth.

Cat’s teaching style is calm, thoughtful, and direct. She emphasises small, consistent practices that build self-trust and internal clarity over time.

This is a structured way to sit with yourself without overthinking it. Each day gives you one clear place to look, so you’re not trying to figure everything out at once.
