Where prompts were offered based on real time processing. Through years of exploration, refinement, and lived experience, Illuminated Journaling became the practice it is today, a nightly ritual for slowing down, listening within, and honoring what arises.
How do I journal with Lumi?

Before you begin, take a moment to pause and arrive.
Whether you light a candle, sip tea, or simply take a deep breath,
this is a space for you.
2. Check In With Yourself
Open your chat, press “Let’s start I’m ready to unfold and process my day!”
You will then be asked to rate your emotional state on a scale from 1-10.
This simple act of self-awareness helps you recognize where you are before you begin.
3. Receive Your Prompts
Based on your check-in, you will be offered real-time prompts that gently guide your reflection,
helping you process and integrate your day.
4. Write & Unfold
Let your words flow freely. There’s no right or wrong
Just space to express, release, and gain clarity.
5. Regulate & Integrate
End your session with a song, a somatic practice, or a reflective insight,
intuitively suggested to match your emotional landscape.
